Outlook 2007
2006 was undoubtably an extraordinary year for North Bay Construction. We completed
the largest volume of work in the 30 year history of the company surpassing $100 million
in the total gross revenue. In order to accomplish this feat, NBC added approximately 100
new employees to the family. NBC would like to extend our gratitude to those who’s
hard work and dedication has helped make 2006 a safe and successful year.
2007 looks like it will be a tougher year for work. Private work is not as
abundant–partly because of the slowing housing market making bids for public works
projects more competitive. NBC is fortunate to have a substantial backlog of work to keep
us busy until new jobs up for bid.
We all have to remember that the safety of our employees and our surroundings comes first. Pay attention to your work area, fellow co–workers, and pedestrians in order to avoid unnecessary accidents. If we adhere to these guidelines, 2007 will be another prosperous year.
We increased our field support by approximately 30% over last year.
