Dispatch
The dispatch department is responsible for the day to day operations and mobilization of equipment and personel in the field. All personel, equipment, and trucking needs are reported to dispatch every day where they are processed and prepared for the next day. It is the responsibility of the dispatch department to handle field needs and problems, should they arise, throughout the course of the day. At the peak of the busy season, over 250 field personel and 250 pieces of heavy equipment are being mobilized. In order to accurately track resources, NBC uses state–of–the–art personalized technology and reporting systems. May it be a big or small request, dispatch is the first and last line of defense.
Well–organized equipment mobilization is crucial to a jobs success. When moving large equipment safely and legally, certain procedures have to be followed. NBC ensures the proper agencies are contacted in order to safely mobilize wide–load equipment to the jobsite. NBC has 4 transport trucks that help ensure that the correct equipment arrives at the jobsite in a timely fashion.
