The Riverview Subdivision is located off of McNear Ave. in Petaluma. The project consists of dirt engineering for roadways, sidewalks, and housing pads with the installation of underground utilities on and offsite to facilitate the 62 home housing complex. Storm drain, water, and sewer lines will be installed onsite and connected to existing lines offsite providing the subdivision with working service. Roadways, curb and gutter, sidewalks will be rock graded for final concrete and asphalt finishes. This project is currently in progress.
