Hawthorn Village Apartments is a 2 building, 140 unit apartment complex on Solona Ave. in Napa. The project involves the creation of 2 building pads for the complex, installation of underground utilities, grading of roadways and parking stalls, and offsite improvements. Onsite storm drain, sewer, and water lines will be installed to facilitate the buildings along with upgrading offsite utilities, and connecting to existing lines. The upgrading and parking stalls will be fine graded and paved with asphalt. The project is currently in progress.
