The Ashton Parc project is an apartment complex located next to the Arco Arena in Sacramento. It consists of seven 3–story buildings totaling 128 apartment units. There is also a recreational building with a swimming pool. NBC broke ground in the Fall of 2006 engineering the dirt onsite for the building pads and roadways. Underground crews installed new storm drain, sewer, and water lines for the complex along with additional offsite utility improvements. The roadways were rocked, graded, and then paved with asphalt.
