The Elmira Road widening project is a road reconstruction development spanning between Peabody Rd. and Allison Dr. in Vacaville. The scope of work involves the relocation and renewal of storm drain, sewer, and water lines. Surface engineering crews will process, grade, and asphalt pave one side of the road and then move to the other side when finished to accomodate traffic needs. This job is currently in progress.
