The Walden Glen subdivision is a 16 home housing project located on West F Street in Napa. The scope of work involves the processing and engineering of dirt. Underground crews will install storm drain, sewer, and water lines for the new houses. They will also tie into existing city lines and test to make sure the lines do not leak. Surface crews will grade the housing pads, roadways, curb and gutter, and sidewalks. The roadway will be rocked and prepared for later paving.
